City MinistryManager

The City Ministry Manager is responsible for the implementation of the City Outreach Framework, which was finalized in May 2021. This framework focuses Eastbrook’s mission department on two core ministries: the Eastbrook Food Pantry and Bread of Healing clinic site located at Eastbrook Church. This manager will be on-site during the open hours for core ministries.

Food PantryCoordinator

The Food Pantry Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of the Eastbrook Food Pantry including ensuring excellence in all aspects of the ministry, with a specific focus on the dignity of the individuals we serve as well as the engagement and equipping of Eastbrook members to serve in the ministry.

Church EngagementCoordinator

The Church Engagement Coordinator is a key member of the Ministry Services team. The Church Engagement Coordinator is the first point of contact for all newcomers to Eastbrook and executes all engagement activities at Eastbrook Church both in person on Sundays and behind the scenes during the week. A successful Church Engagement Coordinator will be a self-starter and team player with a heart for creating welcoming and engaging environments at Eastbrook.

ExecutivePastor

The role of the Executive Pastor is to support and partner with the Senior Pastor in implementing and coordinating the vision, mission and spiritual development of Eastbrook Church, and to directly manage the day-to-day activities of the church. The Executive Pastor is responsible for the overall leadership and direction of Eastbrook church staff, leading all functional areas in the accomplishment of the church’s mission to “Proclaim and embody the love of Jesus Christ in the City and the World.” This includes oversight of NextGen, Adult Ministry, Worship, Missions, Congregational Care and Ministry Services, as well as strategic planning in finance, administration, human resources, and operations. The Executive Pastor reports to the Senior Pastor.
