The Small Group Coordinator at Eastbrook works with the Senior Director and Pastor of Adult Ministry to ensure increasing engagement of the Eastbrook Congregation into Small Groups. The Small Group Coordinator will help develop and implement strategy for small groups that includes promoting engagement, provide training, and leadership.

The Director of Congregational Care at Eastbrook serves the church by developing, coordinating, and administering a comprehensive ministry including one-on-one pastoral counseling, support groups, One-to-One Care (Stephen Ministry), marriage ministry, and more.
