Campus Strategy Manager

The Campus Strategy Manager provides strategic, future-focused leadership for Eastbrook Church’s generosity initiatives, campus development, and facilities operations. This leader ensures that our physical spaces and long-term campus planning support vibrant ministry, discipleship, worship, and community engagement.

Director, Congregational Care

This pastoral role serves the church through oversight and coordination of the various caring ministries of the church, providing leadership to and coordination of staff members and volunteers involved in these ministries — specifically, one-to-one pastoral counseling, support groups, One-to-One Care (Stephen Ministry), marriage ministry, the People Helping People benevolence fund, and daily pastor-on-call rotation within the staff. They will also oversee and work alongside the Logistics Coordinator for Congregational Care to oversee our funeral process and home-bound visitation efforts.
