Construction Update: May 21

Updates on the West Building:

• We have WE energies has turned the power on to the West Building.
• Underground plumbing is inspected.

Updates on the Food Pantry Renovation:

• The rough plumbing is inspected in the food pantry.
• The food pantry HVAC unit install is in progress.
• The food pantry floor coating, both bay 3 and 4, is scheduled.
• A storage unit is on-site in our southwest corner of the west parking lot. It will assist in getting our floors coated and other needs.
• We are gathering quotes for a fire alarm system in the modular building.
• The ramp and deck skirt are scheduled to be built within the next 2 weeks.
