Sundays, January 7-May 19 (except March 31)  ·  9:30 am  ·  Fellowship Hall 3 (FH3)

Have life events left you feeling alone and confused? Do you seek Godly counsel and skills to deal with the emotional, mental and physical stress that you may be facing? Join us for this Sunday Adult Class to learn and develop faith-filled practical skills for everyday challenges as your relationship with God and others is strengthened.

For 8 weeks — from March 3 through April 28 — we will present an Emotionally Healthy Relationships course. The course will equip you with practical tools to love people in difficult situations and mature into an adult follower of Jesus. Everyone will learn eight practical relationship skills to develop mature, loving relationships with others, such as Stop Mind Reading, Clarify Expectations, and Clean Fighting. The course can help participants change how they relate to others. All are welcome, even if you have not before been part of our Faith and Mental Health class.

No pre-registration is required. Taught by Tolu Osemwegie & team.
