Sabbath Day: Saturday, March 6

This week we examined some of Jesus’ words in the Sermon on the Mount in which He calls His followers to be “salt and light,” as well as some other New Testament passages that expound upon this calling. The loss of saltiness in our lives seems to occur when we fail to take up our cross daily, and follow Jesus wholeheartedly.
