Sending

Jesus’ mission was tied to calling people and sending them out equipped for the work of God. We see that in three distinct episodes:
- Luke 9:1-9 – Jesus sends out the 12
- Luke 10:1-24 – Jesus sends out the 72
- Luke 9:57-62 – the cost of following Jesus.
