Director, Congregational Care

This pastoral role serves the church through oversight and coordination of the various caring ministries of the church, providing leadership to and coordination of staff members and volunteers involved in these ministries — specifically, one-to-one pastoral counseling, support groups, One-to-One Care (Stephen Ministry), marriage ministry, the People Helping People benevolence fund, and daily pastor-on-call rotation within the staff. They will also oversee and work alongside the Logistics Coordinator for Congregational Care to oversee our funeral process and home-bound visitation efforts.

Coordinator, Congregational Care Logistics

This coordinator role serves the Church by providing support in coordinating responses to the needs expressed by the congregation. They will assist in facilitating communication between the congregation and the Pastoral Staff, including scheduling for our Pastor on Call, People Helping People fund, and Visitation Ministries as well as assisting to coordinate the logistics and support for Weddings and Funeral Services.
