Paul works through the ways that God has blessed “with every spiritual blessing in Christ” (1:3). In and around his summary of redemption, adoption, and predestination in Christ, Paul offers up a series of prayers of praise to God for who He is and what He has done.

- It’s very easy to complain about what is negative in our lives. Go continually demon- strates His perfect power to bring true good out of EVERY thing. Spend some time in prayer and ask Holy Spirit to bring to remembrance the blessings in your life. Write them down or speak them out and give thanks to God.
