Summer Sunday School for Kids

Sundays, Ongoing (Not July 5)
9:30 AM

During the 9:30 am service, children in K4-Grade 4 will focus on learning the Bible. Students in K4-Grade 4 learn Bible stories and how to apply them in their lives today. In the summer, we also spend time outdoors! All children must be picked up (older children can be dismissed on their own) at 10:45 am.

  • K4 – Orange Room (Room B126)
  • K5-1st Grade – A-Wing, 1st Floor
  • 2nd-4th Grades – Mess Hall (A-Wing, lower level, Room A005)

Note: Over the summer, children remain in the same grade as the 2025-26 school year. They are promoted to a new grade in September.

Kids’ Choirs will resume in Fall.

Nursery (birth-age 2) is open during the 9:30 and 11 am services. Preschool (ages 2-4) is offered during all three services.

If you are visiting for the first time, we have a brief “Guest Check-in Form” for you to complete, one for each child (you can click here to download the printable version of the form to bring along with you!) The Kids Info Desk is located in the B-100s Hallway, and Kids’ classes typically meet in the Lower level of the A-Wing.

Social connection is a fundamental human need—as e Social connection is a fundamental human need—as essential to survival as food, water and shelter. According to the Surgeon General, an increase in isolation and loneliness in our country has reached epidemic proportions and has significant health consequences, including premature death, heart disease, stroke, anxiety, depression and dementia.

This Saturday from 9-11 am at Holy Grounds (5409 N. Green Bay Ave), hear from Krishna DasGupta, MD, psychiatrist, who will offer psychological and spiritual strategies and recommendations. Dr DasGupta is a Wisconsin local who attended medical school and has practiced psychiatry here in the state. She is a Roman Catholic who is active at her parish and as a volunteer psychiatrist in two clinics. We hope you can join us!
