What are your responsibilities at Eastbrook?My responsibilities include: identifying issues and providing solutions; troubleshooting problems with building systems; conducting basic repairs; handling preventive measures; ensuring the exterior of the building is safe; supervising custodians, grounds equipment operators, electricians, locksmiths, and other skilled trades workers; coordinating projects with volunteers.
